JSE-listed Sea Harvest expects to report higher year-on-year earnings per share (EPS) and headline earnings per share (HEPS) for the six months to June 30, on the back of improved catch rates, efficiency gains and sales price increases in the South African fishing business.

The company, which will report its interim results on September 2, expects EPS and HEPS to be more than 20% higher than the EPS of 61c and HEPS of 50c reported for the six months ended June 30, 2024.
